📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the transit hotel, karaoke venue, and nightlife spots, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall guest experience.
• Manage a team of managers and staff, providing leadership and support to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers across all venues.
• Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring financial performance and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain high-quality standards and negotiate favorable terms.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the hospitality or nightlife industry, with a track record of success in managing multiple venues.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Deep understanding of revenue management and customer service principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, vendors, and customers.
• Proficient in using hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and ERP systems.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
