📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop marine and offshore structures using advanced software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3ds Max.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other engineers to ensure that designs meet project requirements and adhere to international standards.
• Conduct structural analysis and simulations to ensure the safety and stability of marine and offshore structures.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the marine engineering industry.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Participate in project reviews and provide technical input to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine and offshore design, with a strong portfolio of previous projects.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3ds Max.
• Strong understanding of international maritime regulations and standards (e.g., IMO, ABS, DNV).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in marine engineering or a related field is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
