📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the sales team in the assigned area,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Conduct regular training and development sessions for the sales team,Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products,Report to the Regional Manager on a regular basis

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and management roles,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth,Strong leadership and communication skills,Familiarity with sales and inventory management software,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of the local market and customer base,Fluency in Indonesian and English
