• Manage a team of cashiers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a cashier or cashier leader in the F&B industry.
• Proven track record of managing a team and driving sales growth.
• Strong knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of Indonesian retail and consumer products industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
