📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and maintain accurate records.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Implement and monitor warehouse improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.,Handle inventory control and ensure accurate and timely reporting.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise in the warehouse.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control software.,Proven track record of improving warehouse operations and reducing costs.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards in the logistics industry.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
