📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.,Monitor and maintain financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and submit financial reports to management and external stakeholders.,Identify and implement cost-saving measures and financial improvements.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Manage the payroll process, including tax withholding and employee benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.
