📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's vehicle fleet, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections.,Ensure all vehicles are in optimal working condition and meet safety standards.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles for efficient operations.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Monitor fuel consumption and implement cost-saving measures.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Handle any fleet-related complaints or issues promptly and professionally.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of local regulations and permits related to vehicle operations.
