Halal Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Halal Coordinator to oversee and maintain our Halal Assurance System (HAS) in Bali. This role is crucial for ensuring that all products and services meet the strict Halal requirements, providing our customers with the confidence they need in our products. As a Halal Coordinator at Private Advertiser, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to upholding the highest standards of Halal certification.

In this role, you will work closely with our suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all processes and products comply with Halal standards. You will conduct regular audits, review documentation, and provide guidance to ensure that our Halal Assurance System is up-to-date and effective. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation as a trusted provider of Halal-certified products.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and maintain the Halal Assurance System (HAS) to ensure compliance with Halal standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to verify Halal compliance.
• Review and verify documentation, including Halal certificates, ingredient lists, and production processes.
• Provide guidance and support to suppliers and manufacturers to ensure they meet Halal requirements.
• Monitor and update the Halal Assurance System to reflect changes in regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that Halal-certified products are accurately represented and promoted.
• Stay up-to-date with Halal standards, regulations, and industry trends to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Report on the status of Halal compliance to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Islamic studies, food science, or a related discipline.
• Certification in Halal food or certification, such as the Islamic Food and Drug Board (IFADB) certification or the Halal Certification Authority of Malaysia (HCAM).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Halal certification, quality assurance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Halal standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and the ability to conduct thorough audits and inspections.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel to suppliers and manufacturers as needed.
