This role is crucial in ensuring a high-quality customer experience and maintaining the operational efficiency of our mall. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mall management and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the mall, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Managing a team of service staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.,Implementing and maintaining service standards and protocols to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitoring and reporting on service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the mall.,Leading initiatives to improve customer experience and service quality.,Managing the mall's budget and resources to ensure optimal service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mall management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of improving service quality and customer satisfaction.,Knowledge of operational management and budgeting.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
