In this role, you will be responsible for daily room inspections, cleaning, and maintenance, using our state-of-the-art cleaning equipment and supplies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room inspections and cleaning, ensuring all rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and equipment, including linens, towels, and cleaning chemicals.
• Use our in-house cleaning management system to track and manage cleaning schedules and tasks.
• Address and resolve any guest complaints or maintenance issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping supervisor to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
• Participate in regular training and development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and regulations.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a sense of teamwork and camaraderie.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, tools, and techniques, including the use of our in-house cleaning management system.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and handle guest interactions professionally.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid ID and the ability to pass a background check.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg of luggage and equipment.
