📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.,Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development opportunities to employees.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.,Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.,Coordinate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources to continuously improve HR functions.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions and contributing to organizational success.
