📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support the HR team in organizing and executing employee training and development programs.
  • Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.
  • Collaborate with managers to address employee issues and improve workplace morale.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Participate in team meetings and projects as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a growing company.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
