As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Handle employee grievances and conflicts,Coordinate training and development programs for employees,Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages
