📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform routine and special audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review financial records, operational processes, and compliance documents to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to implement audit findings and monitor progress.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in Internal Auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Internal Auditing or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using audit software and data analysis tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
