📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.,Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and problems.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and software.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.,Proficiency in using IT support tools and software.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with network security and data backup systems is a plus.
