📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Assist in the preparation and setup of banquet events, including decorating, arranging tables, and setting up equipment.,Work closely with the senior banquet staff to ensure that all events run smoothly and meet the high standards expected by our clients.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is enjoyable.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all equipment and materials are properly stored and accounted for.,Assist in the cleanup and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring that all areas are left tidy and ready for the next event.,Learn and understand our company's policies and procedures, and ensure that they are followed in all aspects of the banquet events.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in the event industry.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and other documentation as required.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the event industry.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects with ease.,Familiarity with basic event planning and management software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.🛠️ Keahlian
