📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Create and maintain learning materials and resources,Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning outcomes,Coordinate with managers and HR to ensure learning programs align with business goals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them improve their skills and performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is a plus
