📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.,Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with sales goals.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to build and maintain relationships with key clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of the agricultural or food industry, with a focus on seeds and related products.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
