In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of data entry staff, ensuring accurate and timely data processing. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in data management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of data entry staff to ensure efficient and accurate data processing.,Oversee data entry tasks to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure data integrity and consistency.,Train and mentor junior staff to improve their data entry skills and performance.,Monitor and report on data entry progress and performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to data management.,Resolve data entry issues and provide support to the team as needed.,Participate in data-related projects and initiatives as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry or a related role.,Proven experience in managing and supervising a team of data entry staff.,Strong knowledge of data management software and tools.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).
