IRIS Abadi is seeking a Lead Fleet Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring the safety and efficiency of our transport services. This role is crucial in maintaining the company's reputation and meeting customer expectations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the fleet vehicles.,Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to ensure timely repairs and servicing.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses to optimize costs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Develop and implement fleet management strategies to improve efficiency.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to prevent breakdowns and accidents.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Train and supervise junior fleet coordinators and drivers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management.,Proven track record of managing a fleet of vehicles effectively.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
