📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to promote our products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
