📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in daily operations and customer service at PSGourmet outlets across Bali
• Learn and apply industry-standard practices in inventory management, food preparation, and customer service
• Participate in training sessions and workshops focused on leadership development and F&B management
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive guest experience
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities to support PSGourmet’s brand growth
• Gain exposure to various aspects of the F&B business, including human resources, finance, and sales
• Contribute to the development of operational procedures and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in the F&B industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
• Willingness to travel and work in multiple locations across Bali
• Passionate about learning and developing leadership skills
