📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the technical design and implementation of MEP systems in construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with local and international industry standards and regulations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into the overall project design.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and technicians.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in MEP engineering.
• Lead and coordinate MEP engineering teams in the execution of projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a proven track record in project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Certifications in MEP engineering, such as PMP or LEED AP, are a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with construction industry standards and regulations in Bali.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
