📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the optimal performance of MEP systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Document all maintenance activities and system performance in the company's database.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve system efficiency and safety.
• Work under the supervision of senior technicians and engineers to gain valuable experience and mentorship.
• Participate in safety drills and training sessions to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Assist in the commissioning and testing of new MEP systems to ensure they meet performance specifications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an MEP Technician or similar role in a related field.
• Proven knowledge and experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
• Valid certification in MEP systems or relevant industry standards (e.g., BIM Certification, NCII Certification).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
