📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for raw materials.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.,Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks.,Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Prepare and present production reports to management.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning and scheduling.,Strong knowledge of ERP systems and production planning software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
