Den Byte Pratama is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of our company. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by identifying potential customers and making sales calls.,Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide excellent customer service and support to address any inquiries or concerns.,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations to track performance and identify trends.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and growth.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales plans and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Ability to meet sales targets and achieve performance goals.
