IQVIA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Reporting Analyst to join our CLOSE Transparency Reporting team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability in our operations.,Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in our reporting processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial and operational data.,Ensure compliance with global reporting standards and regulations.,Provide training and support to team members on reporting tools and processes.,Conduct regular reviews and audits of reporting processes to identify areas for enhancement.,Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in reporting and data analysis, preferably in a global or multinational environment.,Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards such as IFRS, GAAP, or similar.,Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.,Familiarity with global reporting frameworks and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
