📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and executing daily menus.,Oversee the preparation of dishes, ensuring high quality and consistency.,Manage a team of kitchen staff, including chefs and kitchen helpers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Contribute to the development and implementation of new menu items.,Provide guidance and training to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment.,Proven track record of creating and executing high-quality dishes.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
