🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the HR or business operations field.,Strong understanding of growth and retention strategies.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in data analysis tools and software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
