📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests and residents with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Manage daily operations, including housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance requests.
• Maintain the villa’s pristine condition by ensuring all areas are clean, tidy, and well-presented.
• Provide exceptional service by anticipating guests' needs and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
• Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up and breaking down event spaces.
• Monitor and report any issues or maintenance needs to the property management team.
• Ensure the safety and security of the villa and its occupants at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
